Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here is how to fix it.
Eligibility
Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition — tags attached, unwashed, and undamaged.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene regulations, the following items are exempt from returns and exchanges:
- Socks
- Caps
- Swim-Shorts
- Sale / Final Sale items
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact us via Instagram DMs (@ilmushtrayat) or by email at hala@ilmushtrayat.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Pay the return shipping fees. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be communicated after we review your request.
- We will generate and send you a return shipping label once fees are settled.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible), attach the return label, and hand it to the designated courier.
- Once we receive and inspect the shipment, we will contact you within one week to finalize your return or exchange.
Note: Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged through any physical retail stores or third-party stockists. The process above is the only valid channel. The complete process takes a minimum of 1–2 weeks and cannot be expedited.
