Shipping policy

This policy outlines how Il Mushtrayat handles the delivery of your orders within Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Domestic Shipping (Saudi Arabia)

• Orders of 500 SAR or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in the Kingdom.
• Orders below 500 SAR incur a shipping fee of 30–50 SAR, calculated by shipment weight at checkout.
• Delivery takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment is confirmed.

International Shipping (Worldwide)

• Il Mushtrayat ships to most countries worldwide.
• International shipping costs are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout before payment.
• International orders arrive within 7–10 working days after dispatch.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the buyer's sole responsibility. Il Mushtrayat is not liable for additional charges imposed by your country's customs authority.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AST) on a working day are typically processed the same day.
• Orders placed on weekends or Saudi public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
• Il Mushtrayat is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, etc.) processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
